Data opens great opportunities for rural as well as urban communities, given the scalability of new digital technology. Data sharing can enable new economic as well as social opportunities. We’ve been exploring the potential for Arran to have a digital twin – essential a collection of data mirroring various aspects of Arran, its resources, transport networks etc..
